Vitamin F3 is a fitness and lifestyle organization built on one simple but powerful conviction: when people move well, they live well. Founded by Raffiq Shaik an engineering graduate turned master fitness coach with 16+ years of industry experience Vitamin F3 was created to bridge the growing gap between how people live today and how the human body was designed to move.<\/p>

We are not a gym. We are not a single fitness class. We are a complete fitness ecosystem designing, delivering, and scaling programs across corporate environments, communities, schools, campuses, and large public platforms with every program grounded in movement science, safety, and the genuine belief that fitness should feel like a celebration, not a punishment.<\/p>

Where it all began.<\/strong><\/h6>

Vitamin F3 was born from a simple observation made over years of coaching: most people know they should be more active but the existing fitness industry had made movement feel intimidating, exclusive, and temporary.<\/p>

Gyms were for gym people. Sports were for athletes. Yoga was for the already flexible. Dance was for dancers. And corporate wellness? It was a quarterly event no one remembered by the following Monday.<\/p>

Raffiq Shaik set out to change this. Drawing on over a decade of hands on coaching, research into movement science, functional biomechanics, and human psychology and inspired by the belief that every body deserves to move freely he built Vitamin F3 as a fitness organization that meets people where they are, not where the industry expects them to be.<\/p>
