FOUNDER’S STORY — RAFFIQ SHAIK
At the heart of Vitamin F3 stands its founder, Raffiq Shaik, an engineering graduate by education and a master fitness coach by passion. With over 16+ years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, Raffiq’s journey has been driven by one powerful belief — that movement, when practiced correctly, has the ability to heal, strengthen, and transform lives more effectively than temporary solutions.
Over the years, he has trained and certified across multiple fitness disciplines including dance fitness, yoga, pilates, strength and conditioning, HRX training, mindfulness-based practices, and functional movement systems. In addition to his fitness expertise, he is also a Reiki practitioner and acupressure specialist, bringing a deeper understanding of energy balance, recovery, and holistic well-being into his approach. This unique combination of science, movement, and mind-body awareness allows him to design programs that focus not just on physical appearance, but on long-term health, performance, and sustainability.
Through years of hands-on coaching and observation, Raffiq recognized a common challenge — many people viewed fitness as difficult, intimidating, or limited to traditional gym environments dominated by heavy equipment and rigid routines. This insight led him to develop a simple yet powerful philosophy: fitness should be accessible, enjoyable, and seamlessly integrated into everyday life.
Driven by a deep understanding of movement science, muscle activation, functional biomechanics, and human psychology, he curated the FrecTaa concept — a fitness format designed to make movement enjoyable, effective, and safe for everyone. By combining rhythm, structured training, and holistic fitness principles, FrecTaa allows people of all ages and fitness levels to experience measurable results while genuinely enjoying the process.
Beyond fitness delivery, Raffiq’s vision extends to social impact. Through FrecTaa certification initiatives, he has created learning and earning opportunities for underprivileged youth, empowering individuals to build careers in fitness while supporting their education.
